Workshop Overview:
Team Building and Emphasis on Professional Development/Growth
Workshop Goals (to be further clarified with the Client):
- For team members to have looked introspectively at themselves and their habits/work styles and how they interact with others
- For team members to learn more about each other and develop a stronger connection and understanding of each other personally and professionally
- For team members to develop tangible skills to:
- Make better decisions at work
- Respect and treat colleagues better
- Manage mental and physical health through regular self care – which translates into better work productivity
- Other goals as outlined by the Organization’s Leadership
The sample half or full day workshop may include:
- Physical movement (which can be adapted) to move team members’ body and energy
- This can be a gentle form of yoga or other gentle seated or standing movement/exercises depending on the group
- Breathing techniques and affirmations to stay motivated and learn to regulate emotions and reactions
- Interactive activities for team members to learn work styles, personal preferences and individual situations to develop empathy and respect – which translates into working together better
- Visualization and writing activities for individual staff to reflect on company/organization mission/goals, personal work goals, and professional development interests/areas of desired growth/earning
- If there is interest in a team building/connection component, engaging activities for team members to engage in and get to know one another better, such as team bingo where you get to know other aspects or special interests/talents of your team, or other low key, fun games
- Other activities as discussed and deemed appropriate by Your Team Lead/Manager and KaliLuna Workshop Facilitator
Staff Wellness/Stress Management Workshop
Ongoing stress does a lot of damage to our nervous system and our ability to react in a mature and professional, calm manner, to make quick and or important decisions, to think strategically and to enable our natural creativity to flow to problem-solve.
Workshop Goals (to be further clarified with the Client):
- For team members to have permission to disconnect during this time to pause, take a break from the daily mental fatigue/work stress in order to:
- Reset their nervous system and come out of “fight or flight” immediate response reaction during the work day
- To free up space in their mind to think about the bigger picture of company mission, goals, personal professional goals/interests
- To have the space to think creatively and make better decisions at work
- Start creating new habits for improved mental and physical health through regular self care – which translates into better work productivity
- Other goals as outlined by the Organization’s Leadership

Fees & Other Details:
- Either workshop can be done as a half day or full day. Shorter wellness sessions can be done but the intended goals would change.
- Fees: please inquire for a specific proposal for your organization.
- Location:
- We have a space in Albany, NY that can be used (for an additional fee) or you can choose the location. Vanessa has worked with clients across the country and internationally and can travel to meet your Organization’s needs if you are based elsewhere or you have a conference or special event located outside of New York.
