Class cancellations
If Albany Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, there will be NO morning yoga classes. If you already paid for the class, you will receive a credit for a future class.
If class is cancelled due to instructor illness, weather (as above) a building-related issue or other unforeseen circumstance, you will receive a credit toward a future class. No refunds will be given. Cancellations will be posted no later than 8am. *Please check our Instagram @kalilunahealing for class updates & cancellations.
Refunds and credits
We are unable to issue refunds. We are happy to accommodate credits for future classes, workshops or series if you miss due to extenuating circumstances. If you miss a class due to illness or an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out to Vanessa within 3 business days to receive a credit for a future class. The credit is not automatic.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class, especially if you have never been to a class here. Arriving early gives you time to remove winter clothing, settle in, set up your spot and prepare for class. If you are new, you will need to fill out a New Student Information Form and sign a Waiver.
Please arrive on time (or early). Arriving more than 5 minutes late disrupts the class.
Dismissal
Please plan to stay for the entire yoga class. The final relaxation pose is an important part of the class, and it is disruptive to other students to leave during class.
Questions? Please contact Vanessa 518-279-6884 (call or text). Thank you for being part of our yoga community!
