as of March 2026

 Class Payment

All class payments are due prior to the start of class. Payment can be made by cash, venmo or zelle.

Class Cancellations

If Albany Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, there will be NO morning yoga classes. If you already paid for the class, you will receive a credit for a future class. Please check our Instagram @kalilunahealing for class updates & cancellations.

If class is cancelled due to instructor illness, weather (as above), a building-related issue or other unforeseen circumstance, it will be posted on Instagram 1 hour prior to the start of class. If you signed up and paid in advance, you will be notified by text message or email and if you already paid for the class, you may receive a credit toward a future class.

Refunds and Credits

We are unable to issue refunds. We are happy to accommodate credits for future classes, workshops or series if you miss due to extenuating circumstances (i.e. something that was out of your control and could not have been avoided). In this case, please reach out to Vanessa within 3 business days to request a credit for a future class. The credit is not automatic.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class, especially if you have never been to a class here. Arriving early gives you time to remove outer clothing, settle in, set up your spot and prepare for class. If you are new, you will need to fill out a New Student Information Form and sign a Waiver.

Dismissal

Please plan to stay for the entire yoga class. The final relaxation pose is an important part of the class, and it is disruptive to other students to leave during class.
